成果简介NOVELTY - The predictive maintenance system has several IoT-enabled machines which are equipped with sensors to monitor operational parameters and collect data related to machine performance. A data collection module is configured to receive and aggregate the collected data from the IoT-enabled machines. A preprocessing module is configured to preprocess the collected data by filtering, normalizing, and transforming the data into a suitable format for analysis. The machine learning module has several supervised learning algorithms, unsupervised learning algorithms, or reinforcement learning algorithms. USE - Predictive maintenance system for internet of things (IoT) enabled machines using machine learning algorithms. Uses include but are not limited to industrial machines, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, and vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The system provides an early warning system that enables maintenance teams to take proactive action to prevent downtime and minimize equipment damage, ultimately reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment efficiency and productivity. The system is continuously updated with new data to improve accuracy over time and customized and integrated with existing IoT infrastructure and maintenance management systems.
