| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves analyzing subtypes of high dimensional gene expression cancer medical database, which can help for performing effective treatment to avoid large number of deaths. The attributes and high similarity between the gene samples in high dimensionality of cancer medical are analyzed. The types are analyzed in high dimensional cancer database to detect a difficult task. Proposed function of diagnosis is performed to allow the design of an effective diagnosis model. An important issue in cancer data is detected for detecting available types of cancers. The cancer data is analyzed to detect available type of cancers in the database. USE - Method for performing fuzzy set based mathematical clustering techniques in analyzing of available substructures in high dimensional cancer databases. Can also be used in crop planning and agro based resource utilization and overall management of production crop. ADVANTAGE - The method enables using the analyzing notion of the subtypes of high dimensional gene expression cancer medical database in early and accurate manner, which can help for effective treatment to avoid large number of deaths. The method enables improving efficiency of the proposed function in clustering of the large volume of the datasets using accuracy process for analyzing the strength of clustering results, clustering iterations for completing the process of obtaining the sub-regions in the database, reducing running time of the clustering process, and improving comparison of memberships of objects for clusters. |
