| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves estimating regression models with missing outcomes. The identification sets are derived for the parameters of interest, when allowing for a missing not at random mechanism. The non-ignorability of mechanism is quantified with a parameter. The bounded identification set is followed, when the latter is bounded with a priori information. The outcome is allowed to be continuous and unbounded and relax distributional assumptions with estimation of the identification sets performed through ordinary least squares and sampling variability incorporated yielding uncertainty intervals. The distributional assumption is relaxed as the bounds provide an indication of the impact that untestable assumptions have on the inference of the parameters. The bounds are based on standard Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) techniques. USE - Method for estimating intervals on parameters of regression models with missing outcomes. ADVANTAGE - The distributional assumption is relaxed, and the bounds are based on standard OLS techniques, so as to easily compute using standard statistical softwares. |
