成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a collection unit for collecting data from various sources such as weather stations, satellites, and other relevant sources. The collected data is preprocessed and features that affect rainfall patterns are identified. The dataset is split into training, validation, and testing sets. The training set is used to train the machine learning model. The validation set is provided to tune the hyperparameters of the model, and the testing set is set to evaluate the performance of model. Several machine learning algorithms such as ANN, SVM, RF, and LSTM are provided to predict rainfall patterns, where choice of algorithm depends on the size and complexity of the dataset, and accuracy and interpretability of model. USE - System for predicting rainfall patterns using machine learning for advanced agriculture purpose. Can also be used in water resource management, agroeconomics, and livestock growing with water. ADVANTAGE - The system enables reducing the drought and food in water resource management, agroeconomics, and livestock grow with the water in an effective manner. Allows the user to determine the rainfall distribution in the region of the country in an accurate manner, so that the user can manage the water resources of the region in an efficient manner.
