成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves automating process of capturing selfies by detecting smiles in real-time. Face detection and facial landmark detection are performed. Haar Cascade classifier is employed to identify faces within a webcam video stream and a pre-trained shape predictor to estimate positions of facial landmarks. Coordinates of lip corners and centers are analyzed. Presence of a smile is determined based on predefined thresholds when smile is detected. Current frame is captured as a selfie. Mouth region is identified. Distance between corners of lips is measured when user smile and immediately capture a picture. USE - Method for auto-capturing selfie by detecting smile using python. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting \smile in real-time and auto-capturing selfie in an effective manner and allowing user to take selfie automatically when specified face expression is recognized in an efficient manner. The method enables eliminating need for manual triggering of camera and providing hands-free approach to capturing joyful moments
