| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method for preventing infectious rhinotracheitis in calves of the Ayrshire breed. Method involves intermittent parenteral administration of the polymer preparation "imactin", which is polycarboxyethylene, in amount of 0.1 mg/kg of body weight, wherein from the second day of life, polycarboxyethylene is subcutaneously administered three times every three days, and then 14 days later, polycarboxyethylene is administered subcutaneously in the same dosage and frequency, at the same time, at age of 30–35 days, calves are subcutaneously vaccinated against infectious rhinotracheitis with a tetravalent inactivated vaccine Hiprabovis-4 in dose of 3.0 cm3, twice, with interval of 21 days.
