| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Cutinase is isolated from the bacteria Thermobifida alba which possess thermo stability even at high temperatures and exhibited excellent plastic degrading property. USE - Cutinase for plastic degradation. ADVANTAGE - The cutinase shows enzymatic degradation of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and PET-based plastics which hydrolyze various polyesters such as PET at temperatures between 40℃ and 70℃ and in the basic pH range of 7-9, without the need of any cofactors. The cutinases remain active for over 24 hour under reaction conditions, where PETase activity in the presence of surfactant gradually decreases as the reaction period is extended, with a 36-hour reaction resulting in only 4 wt.% additional weight loss within 24 hours, and for a total weight loss of 22% in 36 hour. |
