| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Proposed invention relates to space engineering, in particular, to devices for testing of fuel tank of spacecraft (SC) equipped with capillary intake device during its manufacturing and acceptance. Spacecraft fuel tank test bench equipped with fuel and supercharging gas supply unions and in-tank intake device of capillary type with phase-separating device, comprises a filling tank filled with a model liquid, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment for supplying and draining the model liquid from the tank and supplying supercharging gas to the tank, connected to the fuel and supercharging gas supply unions to the tank, base for installation of the tested fuel tank on the bench with the drain union vertically downwards, and with the supercharging union upwards and the model fluid flow rate sensor. Test bench includes a model liquid flow rate regulator, a differential pressure gauge for measuring pressure of the liquid in the tank and a system for recording and comparing data on pressure of the model liquid in the tank and its flow rate depending on time. Differential pressure gauge is connected to the fuel supply and drain union, and, additionally, through the process union installed in the tank near the fuel supply and drain union, it is connected to the internal cavity of the tank, with provision for the possibility of measuring the model fluid pressure difference at the tank outlet before and after its passage through the phase-separating device. Model liquid flow sensor and the model liquid flow rate regulator are installed at the outlet of the drain pipeline from the tank, wherein the outlet of the drain pipeline from the filling tank is connected to the drain pipeline from the tank, and the data recording and comparison system is connected to the differential pressure gauge and the model fluid flow sensor. ADVANTAGE - Proposed invention makes it possible to implement two different hydrodynamic processes in sequence for measuring technical characteristics during single draining of model liquid from tank, which simplifies testing, as well as to reduce the time and costs for their implementation and increase the reliability of the obtained results. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
