DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for controlling and monitoring beverage dispensing comprising: (i) receiving a user's selection of cocktail via user input device; (ii) transmitting designations of liquor ingredients to a control unit; (iii) selectively controlling the flow of liquid through wireless beverage control device based on the transmitted designations; (iv) detecting triggering of wireless beverage control device using a sensor; (v) capturing one or more reflections of an interrogation signal using a receiver; and (vi) monitoring and recording the dispensing of liquor ingredients in real-time.
