成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to ophthalmology, endocrinology and physiotherapy, and can be used in complex conservative treatment of endocrine ophthalmopathy. That is ensured by intravenous infusions of methylprednisolone for 10 days. Also, on the first and seventh days, Diprospan 1.0 ml is introduced parabulbarly into the affected eye. From the second to the sixth day, Lydazum 64 units diluted in 1 ml of dexamethasone for injections is introduced parabulbarly into the affected eye. Also, from the first day of treatment, 10 sessions are performed, one session a day of magnetic therapy and endonasal electrophoresis. Magnetic therapy session is performed sequentially on each of the three zones of the visual analyzer projection, the eyeball, the temporal and occipital regions in the reverse mode, reverse time is 10 s, with frequency of 50 Hz for 15 minutes. Endonasal electrophoresis sessions are performed with dexamethasone 4 mg/ml 1 ml. If the patient has constant pain aggravated by eye movement, eye redness, lachrymation, 10 sessions of endonasal electrophoresis with Lydazum 64 units are performed, diluted in 1 ml of physiological solution for injections. Additionally, intravenous infusions of methylprednisolone are performed on the eleventh, thirteenth, fifteenth, seventeenth and nineteenth days of treatment. On the fourteenth day of treatment, Diprospan 1.0 ml is additionally introduced into the affected eye. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Invention makes it possible to reduce exophthalmos and thickness of extraocular muscles, reduce edema of retrobulbar fat and width of palpebral fissure, reduce severity of symptoms of endocrine ophthalmopathy due to complex conservative therapy. 2 cl, 4 tbl, 2 ex
