| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used for intravital obtaining a sample of the internal limiting membrane of the retina. Vitrectomy is performed and dye is injected into the area of the vitreoretinal interface. The ILM is peeled with endovitreal tweezers in the macular area under the control of intraoperative optical coherence tomography of the retina. In the absence of retinal staining in the peeling zone upon repeated administration of endovitreal dye, the presence of pinpoint hemorrhages and pallor of the retina in the peeling zone, the ILM flap, separated from the retina and located in the vitreal cavity in the BSS medium, is subjected to extraction together with the BSS medium using a 25G extrusion cannula, connected through a silicone tube to a syringe. The ILM flap is then removed from the syringe and examined. USE - Medicine; ophthalmology; histology.
