成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to anaesthesiology and can be used for peripheral nerve infiltration in knee joint surgeries. A convex transducer is placed from the medial side of thigh transversely 2–3 cm above the patella on the tailor muscle with the mark backwards. A popliteal artery, a femoral shaft and a tibial nerve are visualized. Needle is pricked in along lower edge of tailor muscle, along lower edge of sensor in its plane in medial-lateral direction from back to front, and its tip is directed to space between bone and artery. A portion of the local anaesthetic solution is injected in a bolus manner, and the remaining portion of the local anaesthetic solution is injected as the needle is withdrawn. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method allows to reduce risks of popliteal artery injury, unintentional infiltration of tibial nerve, prevent muscular tissue injuries and increase the effectiveness of anaesthesia due to additional infiltration of small articular branches located along the needle path. 1 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
