成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to production of aluminium composite for fabrication of various articles by laser fusion. Aluminium composite material for laser melting contains, wt.%: submicron ceramic particles SiC 6.5–16, submicron ceramic particles TiC 7.5–18, aluminium alloy AlSi11Cu 66–86. Composite material is obtained by mixing initial powder of aluminium alloy AlSi11Cu with particle size of 15–45 mcm with ceramic particles of SiC with size of 6–10 mcm and ceramic particles TiC with size of 3–5 mcm in a pneumatic mixer under pressure of 2 atm in an argon medium for 10 minutes.
