| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Universal mounted dusting device comprises a hopper with a semi-cylindrical bottom, an auger shaft installed in its lower part and a beater drum in the middle part. A fan is installed on the frame to create an air flow, an air mixture outlet window is connected to a nozzle installed on the casing. At the bottom of the hopper there are two identical unloading windows with shutters installed on one axis, symmetrically concentrated to the inlet window of the fan casing installed under it. Discharge windows of trapezoidal shape are made so that smaller sides are directed to opposite sides, parallel sides are perpendicular to their common axis, note here that smaller side of discharge opening features 5–8 cm, larger side 10–12 cm and length 8–14 cm. Smaller sides of the discharge openings are installed at a distance equal to the diameter of the circumference of the inlet opening of the fan casing. USE - Agricultural machine building. ADVANTAGE - Device provides versatility, high uniformity of drug delivery, efficiency, low material consumption and power consumption. |
