| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The sheet (100) has an outermost layer (10) with a specialized reflective coating (10c) to minimize heat absorption from solar radiation. A high-performance insulating foam layer (20) is positioned beneath the reflective coating to reduce conductive heat transfer. An aerogel-based core layer (30) is arranged at heart of the sheet to resist heat conduction and radiative heat transfer, where the reflective coating reflects a significant portion of solar energy away from a sheet's surface for maintaining lower surface temperatures. USE - Multi-layered insulation sheet for metal structures used in factory settings. ADVANTAGE - The sheet provides an enhanced thermal resistance by minimizing conductive and radiative heat transfer through the metal structure. The sheet achieves superior insulation performance, so as to reduce impact of external heat sources. The sheet mitigates heat conduction and solar heat gain, thus lowering energy consumption for cooling purposes, and reducing operational costs for factories. The sheet has insulating properties to create stable indoor temperature, thus minimizing temperature fluctuations caused by external heat.
