成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology and medicine, specifically to a nanoconjugate for therapy of malignant solid tumours and a method for obtaining thereof. Nanoconjugate includes nanosized particle of iron oxide and anticancer preparation doxorubicin, wherein nanosized magnetic particle of iron oxide FenFe3-nO4, where 0 ≤ n ≤ 1 is coated with a layer of SiO2functionalised with 3-aminopropylsilane, covalently bonded to SiO2 and molecules of bifunctional polyethylene glycol with molar weight from 1,000 to 10,000 Da with terminal carboxyl groups. Method of producing the nanoconjugate consists in depositing iron oxide on a nanosized magnetic particle FenFe3-nO4, where 0 ≤ n ≤ 1, layer of SiO2 using tetramethylorthosilicate (TMOS) or tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), its modification with (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APTMS) or (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane (APTES), subsequent covalent bonding with molecules of bifunctional polyethylene glycol with a molar weight of 1,000 to 10,000 Da with terminal carboxyl groups due to formation of an amide bond and fixation on the surface of the anticancer preparation doxorubicin. There is also a possibility of monitoring its distribution in the tumour by MRI. USE - Biotechnology; medicine.
