成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method for culturing a diploid culture of fetal pigs larynx cells, sensitive to influenza A, influenza B viruses, respiratory syncytial virus (hRSv), adenovirus (hAdv). Said method comprises washing fetal pig larynx explants with Hanks' solution and performing tissue disaggregation, obtained cells are grown on a mixture of nutrient media with NuSera 10% serum substitute, formation of a continuous monolayer is obtained on 4th–5th day, the limit of cell line cultivation is 26 passages. USE - Biotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Invention provides cultivation of a strain free from contamination with viruses, mycoplasmas, bacteria, fungi, cells of other animal species, which is a biosafe substrate for cultivating human viruses and providing a high level of reproduction thereof. 1 cl, 4 ex
