Said method comprises washing fetal pig larynx explants with Hanks' solution and performing tissue disaggregation, obtained cells are grown on a mixture of nutrient media with NuSera 10% serum substitute, formation of a continuous monolayer is obtained on 4th–5th day, the limit of cell line cultivation is 26 passages. USE - Biotechnology.
