成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to versions of a method of producing porous substrates for oligonucleotide synthesis from functionalised aluminum oxide. One of the versions of the method involves formation of a porous anodized oxide on one side of a thin sheet of aluminum in a potentiostatic mode at temperature of 0–10 °C. Further, unreacted aluminum and barrier layer are etched, aluminum oxide is thermally annealed for its conversion to α-phase and polymer bead is fixed. Obtained substrate is treated in 1–3% solution of 3–aminopropyltriethoxysilane in anhydrous toluene for 2–4 hours followed by washing with toluene and treatment in 5–15% solution of succinic anhydride in dimethylformamide for 2–4 hours, followed by washing with water. USE - Synthetic biology. ADVANTAGE - Obtaining substrates with a porous structure, a vertical arrangement of pores and a given interpore distance and the presence of functional groups on the surface of the pores, which provide covalent attachment of nucleotides during synthesis with targeted dosing of small amounts of reagents by such methods as jet printing, aerosol printing, capillary application. 4 cl, 1 ex
