| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to production of biologically active additives for poultry farming for use in feeding farm animals and poultry. Method of making the fodder additive is characterized by that chromium methioninate is obtained by mixing 100 ml of distilled water in beaker with 6.672 g of chromium chloride hexahydrate. Mixture is then heated to boiling while stirring until the solid substance is completely dissolved, 11.201 g of L-methionine are slowly added while stirring. Heating is continued at 92±2 °C for 60 minutes, the solution is cooled to 30 °C and a solution of sodium hydroxide 1.967 g in 50 ml of water is added dropwise while stirring. Solution is then evaporated at reduced pressure, the residue is dried to dryness and dissolved in 100 ml of ethanol, the alcohol solution is filtered, sodium chloride crystals are separated and dried to dryness. 21.017 g of methionine is weighed on an analytical balance, added to a mortar No. 7, the pores of the mortar are ground and rubbed with it, 315 mg of tryptophan is weighed, mixed, ground, 2.101 g of threonine is weighed, mixed, crushed, 10.508 g of lysine is weighed, 16.057 g of chromium methioninate is weighed, mixed and crushed. Scraper is used to collect the powder in the center of the mortar, press the pestle and mark at distance of 25 cm that the homogeneous powder without inclusions and shine is placed in a container and a label is glued.
