成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a method for differentiating the genome of the foot-and-mouth disease virus of industrial strains of serotype O by analyzing the maximum point of Tm amplicons using the green intercalating dye YO-PRO-1 IODIDE. Method involves a polymerase chain reaction using specific oligonucleotide primers, a melting process of amplicons and determination of their melting point for differentiation of industrial strains of the serotype O foot-and-mouth disease virus. USE - Biotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Developed method makes it possible: to increase sensitivity and specificity due to the use of highly specific original primers, calculated for the target portion of 1D gene of the foot-and-mouth disease virus serotype O, increase the accuracy of the analysis due to the use of the green intercalating dye YO-PRO-1 IODIDE, as well as by analyzing the maximum melting point (Tm – melting temperature) of amplicons to differentiate industrial strains of the serotype O foot-and-mouth disease virus. 2 cl, 3 dwg, 4 tbl, 3 ex
