| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to biotechnology, namely to a method for differentiating the genome of the foot-and-mouth disease virus of industrial strains of serotype O by analyzing the maximum point of Tm amplicons using the green intercalating dye YO-PRO-1 IODIDE. Method involves a polymerase chain reaction using specific oligonucleotide primers, a melting process of amplicons and determination of their melting point for differentiation of industrial strains of the serotype O foot-and-mouth disease virus. USE - Biotechnology.
