成果简介	NOVELTY - Method for assessing activity of rheumatoid arthritis involves performing an immunochemical study of blood plasma, additionally determining the number of swollen joints, determining content of protein 14-3-3η and calprotectin in the blood plasma, calculating coefficient for assessing activity of inflammatory process in rheumatoid arthritis (COA) using a specific formula involving predetermined parameters such as M1, M2 and NPS, where M1 is the content of protein 14-3-3η in the blood plasma, M2 is the content of calprotectin in the blood plasma and NPS is the number of swollen joints, and if the condition of COA greater than 0.99 is met, diagnosing an exacerbation, if the condition of COA indicators within 0.71-0.99, diagnosing an exit from remission and if the condition of COA is met less than 0.71, diagnosing an stable remission. USE - The method is useful for assessing activity of rheumatoid arthritis.
