成果简介	NOVELTY - The module has a battery cells, cell holders, busbar to electrically connect the battery cells forming cell arrays ; and a module management unit. The cell arrays are connected to the management unit via the busbar. Each busbar is provided with a conductive core to conduct current between battery cells of cell arrays, negative terminal caps connected to negative terminals of battery cells, positive terminal caps, and pressure sensitive links to connect the negative/positive terminal caps with the core. A foam is filled in an empty space between the cells. A support plate is connected with between the cell and busbar. USE - Battery module for an electric vehicle i.e. hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Can also be used for a fuel cell vehicle, a battery-powered electric vehicle and a plug-in-hybrid electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The module reduces the weight and space required within the battery module. By minimizing the number of connectors and wiring, the direct connection substantially lowers the risk of wiring fatigue, connector loosening, and potential points of failure, especially in high-vibration environments. The signal integrity is improved by reducing electrical resistance and potential interference that may arise in longer wiring configurations.
