成果简介NOVELTY - The module has battery cells (102), cell holder (104) and busbars (106) configured to electrically connect the battery cells. Each busbar of the busbars is provided with a conductive core, negative terminal caps, positive terminal caps and pressure sensitive links configured to connect the negative and positive caps with the core. The battery module is provided with a foam filled in an empty space between the cells, a support plate configured between the cell and busbar, and an insulation plate between the support plate and the busbar. A module management unit is connected to the bus bars. USE - Battery module for an electric vehicle i.e. hybrid electric vehicle (HEV). Can also be used for a fuel cell vehicle and a battery-powered vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The module ensures comprehensive protection by allowing the disconnection of either terminal in case of excessive pressure buildup, which significantly adds an extra layer of safety. The module helps to maintain the integrity and operational stability of the remaining cells, allowing the vehicle to continue functioning.
