| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The assembly (100) has a rotor shaft (102) configured to act as an input shaft of a gearbox of an electric vehicle. A rotor core (104) is mounted on the rotor shaft. An end plate (106a) is mounted on the rotor shaft adjacent to the rotor core. The rotor shaft comprises a first end (116a) connected to a second end (116b). The first end of the rotor shaft is engaged with the gearbox through a set of teeth (108). The first end of the rotor shaft is engaged with a primary drive gear of the gearbox. A set of rotor magnets is embedded in the rotor core. The end plate balances weight distribution of the assembly. USE - Rotor assembly for an electric motor (claimed) i.e. high-power permanent magnet motor, of an electric vehicle. Uses include but are not limited to an electric two-wheeler, electric three-wheeler, electric four-wheeler, electric pickup lorry and an electric lorry. ADVANTAGE - The rotor shaft is integrated with the gearbox to eliminate a need for additional couplings or connectors so as to reduce mechanical complexity of a drive train, thus resulting in elimination of additional coupling mechanism, improved reliability and reduced maintenance requirements due to fewer components. The assembly minimizes chances for misalignment of engagement mechanism between the motor and the gearbox so as to provide better power transfer efficiency between the motor and the gearbox and reduce energy losses due to friction, slippage or vibrations, thus enhancing energy efficiency and range of the electric vehicle. The assembly ensures smoother operation and less noise of the drive train. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an electric motor for a geared electric vehicle.
