| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine and cosmetology, namely to a therapeutic and cosmetic cream of wound healing and anti-inflammatory action. A therapeutic and cosmetic cream of wound healing and anti-inflammatory action, containing as the main component a fraction of a water extract of common spruce cones, auxiliary substances: propylene glycol, glycerine, carbomer, castor oil, caprylic, fir needle essential oil, phenoxyethanol, of the following composition: fraction of water extract of common spruce – 10.5 g, auxiliary substances: propylene glycol, glycerine, carbomer, castor oil, caprylic, fir needle essential oil, phenoxyethanol – up to 70 g, wherein the fraction of the water extract of common spruce cones is obtained by water extraction of milled cones of spruce, passing through a sieve with a hole diameter of 2 mm, in ratio of 1:30, for 1.5 hours while heating 80-85 °C, obtained extract is condensed at temperature of 80-85 °C is 10 times of the initial volume, cooled at a temperature of -18 °C for 15 minutes to obtain a precipitate – a fraction of a water extract of common spruce cones.
