成果简介	NOVELTY - The working element has a stand (9) with a bearing unit and a disk (1) made of sheet material with arc-shaped cutouts (3) along the periphery, attached to the bearing unit with bolts (11), having a surface of variable curvature and a flat bottom (10) with holes, installed with a convexity from the bearing unit, with slots (7) located at the same distance from each other. Each slot contains a cut (4) made in the disk along an arc of a circle with a radius equal to 0.8 of the radius of the disk, and a length, and a cut (5) made in the radial direction in the form of portion of a logarithmic curve. The edges of the cuts are bent outward at an angle of 30° . A blade portion (2) of the disk between the arcuate cuts along the periphery and the edges of the cuts at the places of cuts along the length of a circumference of 0.8 of the radius of the disk are welded on the back side with a wear-resistant layer of sormite. USE - Working element of tillage implement. ADVANTAGE - The working element increases durability while reducing energy consumption. The working element ensures the emergence of new properties in the declared working element of the soil-cultivating tool, different from the prototype. The working element maintains their sharpness and reduces the energy intensity of soil cutting.
