成果简介	NOVELTY - The harrow device has a cover unit for covering considerable width of a field during secondary tillage operations including clod crushing, stubble or trash collection, leveling and smoothing of a land surface before seeding process. Soil is stirred to depth of about 5-10 cm. A tractor mounted tine harrow with working width of about 12 ft is fitted with heavy duty tines and brackets. Teeth are made of hardened steel material and provided with an elliptical-shaped spring for shock absorption. The teeth are fastened to a tooth bar. Clamps are rigidly fixed. A position on the tooth bar is adjusted. USE - Ultra-spring harrow device for a tractor for cultivating maize, cotton and other row crops in early-stages of growth (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device is fold-up for easily transporting. The clamps are rigidly fixed so as to prevent the clamps from loosening during operation.
