| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to powder metallurgy, to production of alloys based on Ti-Al-Si by self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) and can be used for making wear-resistant articles, targets for magnetron application of composite coatings, rolling bands and powder for additive technologies. Method of producing an alloy in a Ti-Al-Si system involves preparation of a mixture of initial components containing powders of titanium Ti, aluminium Al and silicon Si, and pressing the mixture to obtain a charge blank. Components of the prepared reaction mixture are mixed in a planetary mill with zirconium balls at a ratio of the mixture to the weight of balls of 4:1 until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, mixture is pressed to obtain a charge blank with relative density of 0.6–0.65, the pressed blank is placed into a reaction furnace at a heating rate of 3–5 °C/s, pressed blank is ignited with subsequent reaction of its components in self-propagating high-temperature synthesis mode in argon atmosphere at pressure 105 Pa or in vacuum at 13.3⋅10-2 Pa with production of synthesized alloy containing components at ratio, at.%: Si – 28.5÷36.5, Ti – 62.5÷63.5, Al – 1÷8.
