| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The efficient multigrain collecting and bagging equipment has a bearing, a frame, a bottom plate, a lifter, handle, wheel, steel winnowing, a bag, and a weight machine. The bearing and frame are attached with two wheels. The weight machine and handle are attached in the frame. The steel winnowing is fixed at the handle top corner. The back side of the steel winnowing joins the bag (25 kg or 50 kg depending upon requirement), and has the lifter to lift the grain in the bag. The handle and lifter are attached with anti-slip rubber handle. USE - Efficient multigrain collecting and bagging equipment is useful for cultivation of grains such as paddy, ground nut, wheat, maize, and sorghum. ADVANTAGE - The multi-grain collecting and packing all in one has emerged at a pivotal event, breaking the blank of existing peasant mechanization in grain pack process. With earlier small family farmers, compared with the use of simple farming equipment, it can realize the single efficient collection quantitative to majority of grains crop, saving time as well as a massive portion of manpower, materials, cost, without fuel and labor. Field equipment is currently moving toward miniaturization, and as a result of their increased popularity, peasant labor intensity has decreased, their production and living conditions have improved, and the development of the agricultural productive force has been more effectively encouraged. In this machine, the traditional concept is applied for collecting and bagging the grain, and all the parts gives mechanical support for the labor. The ultimate focus of the approach is to be created and developed specifically for the poor because of the high cost of modern equipment, the labor shortage, and the high cost of fuel and electricity.
