成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing sheets of electrical steel with a {100}<001> cubic texture. Method includes melting steel containing 0.4–0.6 wt.% Cu, hot rolling, two cold rolling, between which performing decarburizing annealing, application of heat-resistant coating MgO, high-temperature annealing in hydrogen atmosphere, removal of heat-resistant coating, cold rolling to final thickness in direction perpendicular to direction of previous rolling, and final annealing. Cold rolling to final thickness is performed with degree of deformation of 40–80%. Final annealing is performed by annealing for primary recrystallization at temperatures of 700–900 °C for 5 minutes.
