成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of hydroacoustics, namely to passive noise direction-finding stations, which detect underwater objects (UO) and surface objects (SO) by their noise emission, and is intended for classification of the detected object. Method is based on analysis in order to classify signal level and rate of change of bearing to object, when analysis of hydrological-acoustic conditions in which there is a noise-finding station. In conditions when the speed of sound at the sea surface does not exceed the speed of sound at the depth of the receiving antenna, additional classification is carried out by analysing the time delay between the arrival of the signal along the direct beam and the arrival of the signal along the beam reflected from the surface of the sea.
