成果简介NOVELTY - In an operating room under retrobulbar anesthesia, a 3 mm wide conjunctival incision is made in the upper outer segment of the eyeball at a distance of 3 mm from the limbus, parallel to it, after which the conjunctiva and Tenon's membrane are separated towards the body of the valve drainage until the capsule above the body of the valve drainage is visualized. A 6 mm long incision is made above the body of the valve drainage, then the interrupted sutures are removed, which fix the body of the valve drainage by the holes to the sclera. The body of the valve drainage is removed from the capsule, then from the previously made conjunctival incision, the conjunctiva is separated above the valve drainage tube towards the limbus. Tenon's membrane is separated until the valve drainage tube is visible, after which at 8 o'clock a corneal paracentesis 1.2 mm wide is performed and 0.2 ml of cohesive viscoelastic is injected into the anterior chamber of the eyeball using a cannula. Next, the valve drainage tube is removed from the anterior chamber of the eyeball and the hole from the tube is sutured with 2 interrupted sutures using 8–0 silk thread. The conjunctival incision is sealed with a continuous suture, then in the lower segment of the eyeball with a length of 180 degrees, mCPC is performed with an energy of 2,200 mJ with an exposure of 80 seconds.
