| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Synergistic combination comprises: (a) cymoxanil or its salt; (b) boscalid or its salt; and (c) chlorothalonil, or its salt(s); optionally, an addition of one or more insecticide(s), fungicide(s), acaricide(s), nematicide(s), safener(s), and/or herbicide(s). USE - Synergistic combination for the management of the undesired phytopathogenic fungi and/or microorganisms e.g. Albugo spp, Alternaria spp. (Alternaria leaf spot) on vegetables, citrus fruits (A. citri), rape (Alternaria brassicola or Alternaria brassicae), sugar beets (Alternaria tenuis), Blumeria (formerly Erysiphe), graminis (powdery mildew) on cereal. The synergistic effect of combination against Early and Late blight diseases on Tomato crop was tested. The result showed that the combination (comprising 50% Cymoxanil WP, 50% boscalid WDG, and 75% Chlorothalonil WP) exhibited improved disease control of 89.66% at dose of gram of active ingredient per hectare of 1837. ADVANTAGE - The Synergistic combination has longer residual effect against undesired phytopathogenic fungi and/or microorganisms; is also able to increase plant health, and environmentally safe and non-phytotoxic; has enhanced bioefficacy at reduced dosage as compared to individual fungicides when used in isolation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for preparation of synergistic combination comprising: (a) taking China clay into the premixing blender, adding surfactants, and mix for 30 minutes; (b) adding ammonium sulfate to the above mixture and continue mixing for another 30 minutes; (c) adding Cymoxanil and boscalid to the blender one by one, followed by chlorothalonil, mixing the combined mass for 1 hour; (d) after 1 hour of mixing, transferring the material to milling using an ACM/Jetmill to achieve a particle size of ≤15 µm. (e) After milling, transferring the material to the post blender, followed by dough mixing with water (10-15%); (f) subjecting dough to granulation using a basket extruder, and drying resulting granules in fluidized Bed Dryer at 60℃ for 30 minutes. |
