| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to urology. A 43 cm long KARL STORZ 7 Ch semi-rigid ureteroscope with a separate irrigation canal is inserted into the bladder. A pressure infusion device with a manometer and Metpak 500 ml Riester cuff is used to inject physiologic saline into the bladder. Cuff pressure makes 100–120 mm Hg. Ureter orifices are visualized, a ureteroscope is inserted into the corresponding ureter along the guide, and the urethroscope is brought to a concrement. Concrement is destroyed and removed, contact lithotripsy is performed with further removal of concrement fragments. USE - Medicine.
