| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The nozzle (200) has a liquid outlet (102) for impinging a jet of liquid on a surface disk (104) to radially splash the liquid outward for forming a thin film of the liquid. A circumferential air nozzle (110) is provided with a cavity (112) to form an air jet that impinges a thin film of the liquid to form liquid droplets. The surface disk is positioned in a flow path of the liquid ejected from the liquid outlet. A side arm (116) is configured to hold the surface disk. The surface disk facilitates interaction between the air jet and the thin film of the liquid in cross-flow manner. USE - TFCF nozzle for an unmanned aerial vehicle (claimed) for spraying agrochemicals for crop. ADVANTAGE - The nozzle minimizes chemical wastage, reduces environmental impact and optimizes crop protection leading to increased agricultural sustainability and productivity. The nozzle provides a simple mechanism to control film thickness, enables adjustment to achieve minimum film thickness for different fluids, generates downward droplet-laden flow without using rotor downwash, improves droplet penetration during spraying operations and minimizes drift when locating close to an intended spraying area, thus enhancing accuracy of spraying process.
