成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for producing an astaxanthin-containing extract from hydrobionts. Method of producing astaxanthin-containing extract from hydrobionts, where the astaxanthin-containing raw material used is Artemia salina crustacean cysts, characterized by the fact that the raw material is subjected to successive processes of extraction with various solvents and separation of the filtrate from the solid residue, wherein Artemia salina cysts are decapsulated in distilled water by ultrasonic action with power of 100–150 W with frequency of 25–28 kHz at temperature of 32–40 °C for 10–30 minutes and hydromodule 1:30–1:50, the obtained suspension is filtered through a filter with pore size of not more than 0.45 mcm, dried at 25 °C, 96% ethanol extractant is added or sunflower oil with liquid module 1:30–1:50, is subjected to ultrasonic action with power of 100–150 W at frequency of 25–28 kHz and temperature of 32–40 °C for 10–30 minutes, extract is separated from extraction cake by filtration and content of carotenoids in conversion to astaxanthin is determined.
