| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Device for measuring blood pressure includes a pneumatic system with a pressure sensor, a pump, two valves, a control board with an accumulator, a data transmission device, a microcontroller, valve and pump control unit and analogue-to-digital converter. Cuff of the device has two chambers for measuring arterial pressure by oscillometric and applanation methods. Cuff applanation chamber has a convex shape with the possibility of minimizing the cuff rigidity during applanation. Pneumatic system includes a pressure sensor for measuring pressure in the cuff, a valve with an adjustable throttle, a quick pressure release valve or a valve for coupling two cuffs. When measured by an oscillometric method, the pressure is brought to 230 mm Hg in both chambers with subsequent air release to 40 mm Hg. After evaluation of pressure by oscillometric method, pressure in the large chamber is released to atmospheric value, and in the small chamber it is maintained at level of 40 mm Hg for radial artery applanation. USE - Medical equipment. ADVANTAGE - High accuracy of measuring blood pressure for a long time, outside the hospital with a non-invasive measuring device without affecting the haemodynamics of the process, discomfort and excessive immobilisation in order to ensure both the patient’s quality of life and satisfactory measurement metrology. 1 cl, 5 dwg |
