| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing Trifolium pratense L. herb extract, having antioxidant and immunomodulatory activity. Method for producing an agent having antioxidant and immunomodulatory activity from Trifolium pratense L. herb, comprising producing an extract, including loading of the calculated amount of raw material with particle size of 0.5–1.0 mm into the extractor, which is then filled with an extractant—ethyl alcohol 75 vol.% in the ratio of raw materials: extractant 1:20, extracted for 50 minutes at temperature of 50 °C in an ultrasonic bath, the obtained extraction is evaporated in vacuum to 1/5 of the initial volume, after which the extract is dehydrated, cleaned, thickened and sent for drying to a residual moisture content in the product of not more than 5 vol.%, note here that said extractor is cleaned with water purified to remove ballast substances and 50 vol.% for extraction of active substances, and drying of extract is carried out at temperature above 60 and up to 65 °C. USE - Pharmaceutical industry.
