| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a plant for producing asphaltenes and can be used in oil refining. Plant includes extractor with lines for input of coal and/or hydrocarbon material and solvent-1 and a line for outputting a solution of fractions of asphaltenes, maltenes and carboids into an extractor-percolator with a line for outputting a mixture of solvent-1 and fractions of maltenes and carboids to an extractor-percolator or to a solvent regeneration line-1 and obtaining fractions of maltenes and carboids, equipped with a line for supplying solvents to an extractor and an extractor-percolator. At that, plant includes solvent-1 supply line 1, equipped with pump 2, valve 3, collector 4 and coal and/or hydrocarbon material supply line 5 to extractor 6, equipped with ultrasonic bath with heating 7, equipped with line 8 with valve 9 for discharge of mixture of raw material and solvent-1 into extractor-percolator with removable filter element of “basket” type 10, equipped with ultrasonic bath with heating 11. Extractor-percolator 10 is equipped with line 12 with valve 13 for circulation of solution of mixture of raw material and solvent-1 by means of pump 2 into extractor 6 and is connected to collector 14 of solvent-2 by line 15 with valve 16 and pump 17, and is connected by line 18 with valve 19 for output of solution of mixture of narrow fractions of asphaltenes, maltenes and carbides into extractor-percolator 20 with removable filter element of "basket" type, equipped with ultrasonic bath with heating 21, equipped with line 22 with valve 23 for circulation of mixture of solvents-1, 2 and narrow fractions of asphaltenes, maltenes and carbides through pump 17 into extractor-percolator 10. In addition, line 22 is connected by line 27 with solvent-1 regeneration valve, solvent-2 with evaporator 29, equipped with two heating elements with corresponding heating temperatures for separation of selective solvents-1 and 2 and two refrigerators for concentration of solvent vapors, with separate output of regenerated solvents along line 30 with valve 31 into collector 14 of solvent-2 and along line 32 with valve 33 into collector 34 of solvent-1, connected by line 35 with valve 36 with extractor-percolator 20, connected by line 37 with valve 38 for outputting solution of asphaltenes in solvent-1 into accumulator 39.
