| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to presses for hardening of sheet steel parts. Press plate has tenons of variable cross-section along height, which adjoin by their faces to plate base and are arranged in staggered order with formation of slots and grooves. Slots are parallel to each other and equidistant relative to each other. Top part of tenon has working surface of quadrangular shape. Grooves are located in two mutually intersecting directions forming acute angle at intersection with grooves. Section of each tenon at the base of the plate has a hexagonal shape. Tenon from the base of slab to 1/3 of its height has faces perpendicular to the base. Rising upwards from 1/3 of its height, the tenon cross-section narrows with slopes of 30° on side faces and 5° on end faces. Side faces have platforms with threaded holes. USE - Metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - Reduction of friction forces at movement of the heated sheet part, uniformity of hardening, reduction of time for cleaning of the plate from scale during maintenance of the press and increase of service life of the plate. 3 cl, 2 dwg |
