成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to additive technologies, in particular to a method of producing nanoparticles of a near-spherical shape. It can be used for nondestructive analysis of materials in surface layers of objects in electronics, photonics, medical and aerospace engineering. Conversion of agglomerates of nanoparticles into nanoparticles of a near-spherical shape is carried out by feeding said agglomerates into a transport gas flow into a cylindrical channel, where the directed flow is exposed to a coaxially directed beam of pulse-periodic laser radiation with nanosecond pulse duration. At the outlet of said channel, nanoparticle size is measured with laser pulse duration in the nanosecond range depending on the value of the laser pulse energy. When a constant value of a decreasing nanoparticle size is reached, the value of the critical energy density of the laser radiation pulse is determined, corresponding to completeness of conversion of agglomerates into nanoparticles of near-spherical shape. Choosing the laser pulse duration value, which corresponds to the least critical laser radiation energy density, and laser pulse repetition frequency is set sufficient for action of at least one pulse on all nanoparticles located in said transport gas flow.
