成果简介	NOVELTY - The working element has a curved stand (3), a lancet paw (1), mold boards (2) and flaps (4) with slots. The crushing devices are located between the flaps with fingers (5) entering the slots of the flaps and an axis (8) attached to the flaps at the top portion and bottom portion. An extendable rod (9) is installed behind the housing between the flaps, and equipped with a spring (10). The fingers of the crushing device are welded in a staggered pattern to the axis, inserted with the possibility of free rotation into the bushings (6) of the upper and lower supports and welded to the supports (7) attached to the flaps. The length of the fingers increases from L min to L max in the direction from the lower portion to the upper portion. The ends of the lower fingers protrude beyond the surface of the flaps by 2 cm, and the upper portion ones by 5 cm. The lancet paw is fixed on the stand and cuts the soil layer in the middle of the row. The soil layer is fed to the mold boards and flaps. USE - Working element for hiller for cutting, inter-row processing and mulching potato ridges. ADVANTAGE - The working element improves the quality of work. The working element allows to achieve greater uniformity and constant sequence of their impact on the soil, which increases the uniformity of loosening and mulching. The working element reliably ensures simultaneous contact with the soil of three fingers, creating a torque on the common axis, which increases the destructive force of the impact on the lump that has encountered an individual finger.
