成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedic dentistry, and can be used for restoration of crown part of subgingival and totally decayed teeth. Local infiltration anaesthesia is performed, and tooth stump is restored. Then, a cast is taken to make a temporary plastic structure. Soft tooth tissues are isolated by stretching with a polytetrafluoroethylene tape. Support tissues are prepared by preparation of support tissues without ledge with immersion to the whole depth of periodontal pocket and a temporary plastic structure is made, using a previously taken cast, by a silicone key with additional relining of the subgingival region with a fluid composite material. Then temporary plastic structure is fixed on temporary cement and two weeks after final formation of tight support of soft tissues and remodelling of biological width, casts are taken to make a permanent orthopaedic structure from zirconium dioxide with a polished edge, which is as much as possible identical to the temporary plastic structure, and then a permanent periodontal-oriented crown is made from zirconium dioxide with a polished edge for the entire tooth preparation depth.
