成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing a wear-resistant antifriction coating on a substrate from steel, nickel or titanium alloy. A powder mixture containing, in wt.%: bismuth oxide from 5 to 70, manganese oxide—the rest, is deposited on said substrate. Said powder mixture is treated by short-pulse laser reflow using instantaneous power from 10 to 50 kW, instantaneous power density from 1012 to 1014 W/m2 and pulse duration of not more than 200 ns in controlled argon gas medium. USE - Technological processes.
