成果简介	NOVELTY - A cathode comprises a matrix base made of a metal sheet (1), metal contact rod (4) welded to it with contact pad (5), insulated by bushings made of a chemically resistant polymer (3) capable of forming contact pads extended relative to plane of the cathode and limited along the perimeter by a dielectric layer made of chemically resistant polymer of the bushing, and a continuous insulating coating (2) made of an elastic polymer, for covering the metal sheet and chemically resistant bushings, and while leaving the contact pads open, semi-toroidal shape of rondelles is formed by extending the contact pad relative to the surface of cathode.
