成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to nuclear engineering, particularly, to production of corrosion-resistant cold-rolled tubular articles from zirconium alloy used as structural elements of water-cooled nuclear reactors. Two versions of the method of producing cold-rolled tubular articles from zirconium-based alloy are disclosed. Method includes charge preparation, ingot melting, ingot hot forging, tubular billets manufacturing and their tempering, protective coating and lubrication application, hot pressing, removal of lubricant and protective coating, vacuum heat treatment of pipe billets, four-stage cold rolling, wherein before the first and second cold rolling, a lubricating protective coating and a lubricant are applied on the pipe billets, followed by removal after rolling, with intermediate vacuum heat treatment and production of cold-rolled tubular products, vacuum finishing heat treatment with finishing operations. According to the first version, a mixture is prepared containing powders of alloying components, double ligatures of zirconium-niobium and zirconium-molybdenum and powder of a zirconium-containing basic alloy. According to the second version, a mixture is prepared containing powders of alloying components, a double alloy zirconium-niobium, vanadium in form of chips or powder and powder of a zirconium-containing basic alloy.
