| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Disclosed is a method for preparing a finished dosage form of a probiotic preparation in enteric capsules containing strains of bacterial cultures isolated from the human intestinal biotope Pediococcus acidilactici VKM B-3708D, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei VKM B-3709D, Weissella cibaria VKM B-3710D, which involves growing strains on the surface of an agarized dense MRS medium under anaerobic conditions in an atmosphere of a three-component gas mixture of 80% N2, 10% CO2, 10% H2 at an incubation temperature of 37 °C for 48 hours; then each strain is poured sterile in titre of 108 CFU/ml of biomass into ampoules or penicillin bottles with a protective medium: defatted milk, saccharose-gelatinous medium, closed with a sterile non-hygroscopic cotton plug, lyophilic drying is carried out in a given mode, the contents of each container are homogenised in a laminar box, a filler containing at least one of the following components is added: mucoadhesive component, binding component, disintegrant, stabilizer, then cotton plugs are replaced with rubber ones, flasks are sealed with metal cap, and ampoules are sealed. Lyophilisates of the cultures are mixed at concentration of 1:1:1 in one penicillin flask, homogenised and enteric-soluble capsules are filled at rate of 5.0×108 CFU/cm3 of each strain of microorganisms per 1 capsule No. 3.
