| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Disclosed is a composition of a pharmaceutical substance of a probiotic agent for preventing and treating antibiotic-associated diarrhoea and intestinal diseases, containing lyophilisates of living cells of probiotic strains of bacterial cultures isolated from the human intestinal biotope Pediococcus acidilactici VKM B-3708D, Lacticaseibacillus paracasei VKM B-3709D and Weissella cibaria VKM B-3710D, freeze-dried in a protective medium, in a sugar-gelatinous medium or in a medium with addition of 20% defatted milk. Obtained composition is a crystalline or porous mass of whitish-grey or yellowish-beige colour of various intensity and contains not less than 5.0 × 108 CFU/cm3 of each of the listed probiotic strains. Bacterial strains contained in the composition are characterized by high antagonist activity with respect to pathogenic, opportunistic, including polyresistive to antibacterial preparations, microorganisms.
