成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to agriculture, can be used for differentiated study of root and leaf carbon nutrition of plants, as well as to determine the total balance of CO2 in the "soil-plant-atmosphere" system. Plant, created from monolithic polycarbonate, consists of two chambers - upper sheet and lower root, separated by insulating partition with cutouts for installation of trays with soil, on the side faces of which there are holes allowing unobstructed penetration of soil gases into the lower chamber and back. After sprouting, the soil surface is covered with liquid latex which is neutral for plants and soil, which prevents penetration of soil air into the upper chamber and vice versa to atmospheric gases of the upper chamber into the soil. In the inner part of the upper face of the leaf chamber, there are two planks of the phytolamp. On the inner side of the right vertical face of the upper chamber there is a wind modulator - a fan for mixing and simulating an air flow. To perform similar functions, the fan is also installed on the rear vertical edge of the lower chamber. Additional boxes are installed on sides of lower chamber. In the left additional box, there is a watering system, and the right additional box is divided into three parts - an electric unit, a compressor unit of the lower chamber and a compressor unit of the upper chamber. Above the compressor units there is a trap of the lower chamber and a trap of the upper chamber with an absorbing solution for extracting excess CO2 and moisture. Concentration of CO2, temperature and volumetric humidity in chambers is controlled in real time with programmable periodicity by appropriate sensors through a single unit. Level of illumination in the system, soil moisture and total concentration of oxygen are controlled by separate auxiliary sensors, which are installed inside the chambers. Extraction of excess CO2 and moisture is carried out by forced blowing through traps of upper and lower chambers using compressor units with microcompressors of the lower and upper chambers, respectively, which also supply air with natural oxygen content to the chambers. Direction of air masses is controlled by automated electromagnetic valves. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Technical result is providing the possibility of taking into account the contribution of root and leaf carbon nutrition in the total life cycle of plants. 2 cl, 1 dwg
