成果简介NOVELTY - The machine (100) has a spike (128) moved from a retracted position and extended within a housing (117) when a de-shelling unit (116) is rotated upon actuation of a motor for de-shelling a de-husked coconut by transforming into a fine powder with precision using the spike. A support (131) is extendably affixed to an inner surface of the housing at a bottom portion. Each support includes a bearing (133) at one end for supporting the de-husked coconut during the de-shelling operation, where the machine performs the de-husking and de-shelling operations, respectively. USE - Automatic coconut de-husking and de-shelling machine. ADVANTAGE - The machine facilitates easy separation of coconut coir, coconut peat and powdered coconut shell using a single unit, and is user-friendly, and makes coconut de-husking and deshelling a straight-forward process and does not require skilled operators, thus reducing labor costs. The machine is compact in design and space-efficient for easy installation, and reduces electricity consumption, ensures easy maintenance, and enhanced overall efficiency. The machine offers fast and efficient de-husking and de-shelling process, thus enhancing productivity.
